Juggling Training We use juggling as a metaphor for life and business skills in workshops that are fun filled, informative and impossible to forget. We can customize and personalise a workshop around your own theme at a seminar or conference, or you can choose something that we have already done. (Examples below) Each candidate will require a set of juggling balls which can be made in your choice of colours and can be branded or printed with messages from the lesson. These serve as a strong reminder of the workshop and the material covered. Lifelong Learning Adventure This is a 45 minute workshop filled with insights, motivations and loads of fun, to rekindle the passion for learning that we so often seem to lose as we grow up. Topics covered include how we learn, how to teach, perseverance, partnership approaches, communication and more. Each person will get something different out of the workshop but everyone will be more excited about their own ongoing education. Oh yes, you will also learn how to juggle! (It’s a lot easier than you expect) Up to 25 candidates can do the workshop at once. Space required is enough for all to sit in a horseshoe and move freely within or around that horseshoe. Performance Management Also a fun filled 45 minute workshop covering aspects of performance management. Topics covered include goal setting, continuous improvement, scorecard, talent versus experience, motivation, coaching principles, communication etc. Obviously these topics are only briefly covered and this workshop is normally used as a part of a more 'serious' approach to the subject. Like all the workshops we can personalise this to emphasise certain aspects more than others. Suitable for up to 15 candidates. Space required is enough for all to sit in a horseshoe and move freely within or around that horseshoe. Team Building Just a straight forward juggling lesson for the fun of it. 10 minutes to 45 minutes in length and suitable for 4 to 4000 people (or more). Can be done in a theatre, field or even the cafeteria over coffee.
